Ingredients

Scale

Milkshake Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 oz vodka (vanilla vodka or rum can be used as alternatives)
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Garnish Ingredients

  • Mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate fudge (for rimming)
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate squares
  • Graham crackers (whole squares and crumbs)
  • Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Add Ice Cream: Place 2 1/2 cups of chocolate ice cream into a blender to serve as the creamy base of the milkshake.
  2. Add the Rest of the Ingredients: Add 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream, 2 oz vodka (vanilla vodka or rum can be used), 1/2 cup chocolate syrup, and 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff into the blender with the ice cream. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Make the Rim: In a shallow plate, combine graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows. Take two milkshake glasses and rim them by first spreading chocolate fudge around the edges, then dipping the rims into the graham cracker and marshmallow mixture so it sticks nicely.
  4. Pour the Milkshake: Pour the blended Baileys milkshake into the prepared glasses, filling them up.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Top each milkshake glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream, place a chocolate square and a graham cracker square on top, drizzle some chocolate sauce over the whipped cream, and sprinkle some cookie crumbs for extra texture and appeal. Serve immediately to enjoy at the peak of flavor and texture.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Baileys and vodka with chocolate milk or vanilla extract.
  • Using vanilla vodka or rum instead of regular vodka can add an extra flavor layer to the milkshake.
  • Chill your glasses in the freezer prior to preparing for a frosty effect and longer-lasting coldness.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of marshmallow fluff depending on your preferred sweetness and marshmallow flavor intensity.
  • To avoid lumps in the rim coating, finely crush the mini marshmallows if they are large.
