Ingredients

Scale

Turkey Rolls

  • 8 slices good quality Herb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 (5 oz) dry Stuffing Mix
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Sauce

  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (18 oz) jar of Turkey Gravy

Optional

  • Dried parsley flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Stuffing: Prepare the dry stuffing mix according to the package directions. The microwave method is recommended for ease and quick preparation.
  2. Mix Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and the turkey gravy until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  3. Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Form Turkey Rolls: Spoon about ¼ cup of the prepared stuffing onto each slice of turkey breast. Roll up the turkey slices with the stuffing inside and place each roll seam side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat until all turkey slices are rolled.
  5. Add Sauce and Bake: Pour approximately 1½ cups of the gravy mixture evenly over the turkey rolls in the baking dish. Optionally, sprinkle dried parsley flakes on top for added color and flavor. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  7. Warm Remaining Gravy: While the casserole bakes, warm the remaining gravy in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  8. Serve: Serve the turkey and stuffing rolls hot, spooning warmed gravy from the saucepan over the top for extra moisture and flavor.

Notes

  • For a crispier texture, uncover the casserole for the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • You can substitute cream of mushroom soup if preferred.
  • Use low-sodium gravy and soup options to reduce sodium content.
  • Leftover turkey rolls can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated.
  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free stuffing mix and gravy.
