4.7 from 59 reviews

This creamy and festive Eggnog Dip combines the rich flavors of vanilla pudding and traditional eggnog, folded together with fluffy whipped topping and garnished with a pinch of nutmeg. Perfect for holiday parties, this no-bake dip is served chilled and pairs wonderfully with gingerbread cookies or fresh fruit for dipping.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Eggnog Dip

  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups (355 ml) eggnog
  • 1 (8 ounce / 226 g) container Cool Whip whipped topping
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg (for garnish)

For Serving

  • Walkers Gingerbread Cookies or other assorted dippers such as fruit slices or graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Combine Pudding Mix and Eggnog: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and eggnog until the mixture is smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken properly.
  2. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the Cool Whip whipped topping until fully incorporated, creating a light and creamy dip.
  3. Chill the Dip: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled and set, at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Just before serving, sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg over the top for a festive touch. Serve alongside gingerbread cookies or your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For a boozy twist, add a tablespoon of spiced rum or bourbon when folding in the whipped topping.
  • Use light or sugar-free pudding mix and eggnog for a lower-calorie version.
  • Store leftover dip covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Fruit like apple slices, pears, or strawberries make excellent gluten-free dippers.
