Instructions

  1. Prepare the zucchini: Wash and slice the zucchinis into thick rounds or half-moon shapes to ensure even cooking on the grill.
  2. Make garlic butter sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and simmer gently until fragrant, taking care not to burn the garlic.
  3. Coat zucchini: In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and the garlic butter mixture. Toss well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Skewer the zucchini: Thread the coated zucchini slices onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water beforehand to prevent burning on the grill.
