Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking the cheese sticks to a golden brown.
  2. Prepare Dough: If using store-bought dough, let it sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Lightly flour a clean surface and roll the dough into a 10×14 inch rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Transfer Dough: Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
  4. Add Cheese: Evenly sprinkle freshly grated mozzarella and provolone cheese over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges for crust formation.
