  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 3/4 Cup Graham Cracker (Crushed)
  • 1/2 Cup Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Mini Dehydrated Marshmallows

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare Graham Crackers: Coarsely break the graham crackers inside a ziplock bag by gently crushing them. Measure out 3/4 cup of the crushed graham crackers and transfer them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix Main Ingredients: Add the oats, almond butter, honey, and protein powder to the bowl with the graham cracker crumbs. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are fully combined into a sticky dough.
  3. Add Mix-ins: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini dehydrated marshmallows, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture without crushing them.
  4. Form Balls: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture per serving and roll them between your palms to form compact balls.
  5. Chill and Store: Place the protein balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Once set, transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
